    What We're Looking For:

    We're seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef who can inspire and lead our team, develop fresh seasonal menus, and drive sales and growth. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for leading and developing a team, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to menu design and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
    • Lead and motivate our kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and high-quality food.
    • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
