As a senior technical professional with extensive experience within the residential construction sector, you will oversee all aspects of the technical development process, from pre-construction and planning through architectural and engineering coordination to site completion and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large in-house team comprising Town Planners, Architects, Architectural Technologists, Civil & Structural Engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Establish design programs and specifications for each project, ensuring alignment with agreed budget parameters and monitoring progress throughout the build cycle.
  • Oversee the development and production of a standardized range of house and apartment types, incorporating best practices and meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct technical viability assessments for new land acquisitions, providing expert guidance on feasibility and potential challenges.
  • Participate actively in management meetings to provide updates on project progress and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of success within the residential development industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. The role requires a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technical building regulations.

This is an office-based position with occasional site visits as required.
