Job Summary
The Stock Associate - Luxury Retail will be responsible for the smooth running of the back of house area, ensuring the efficient management of product replenishment, delivery, and transfer. This role will be a key contributor to store performance and team dynamic, requiring a methodical approach to organizing product, a keen eye for detail, and great care when handling stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product replenishment, including receiving, storing, and distributing stock
- Administer deliveries and transfers, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Support the store team with customer requests, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a luxury goods setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Ability to lift and move stock, as required
