Exciting Opportunity for a BIM Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop drawings from Revit models to ensure accurate representation of MEP elements
  • Produce Navisworks models for internal and external model reviews, including clash detection reporting
  • Develop presentable detailed drawings for client approval
  • Attend project coordination meetings with internal and external BIM project teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience using MEP Revit or other 3D Modelling Software packages
  • Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Organised to deliver assigned tasks within set deadline dates
