About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop drawings from Revit models to ensure accurate representation of MEP elements.
  • Produce Navisworks models for internal and external model reviews, including clash detection reporting.
  • Develop presentable detailed drawings for client approval.
  • Attend project coordination meetings with internal and external BIM project teams.
  • Report on modelling and drawings statuses as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience using MEP Revit or other 3D Modelling Software packages.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical.
  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Organised to deliver assigned tasks within set deadline dates.
  • Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.
