Job Title: Care Support Worker - Community

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in the community. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to patients in their own homes.

About the Role: As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 6 months Community HCSW UK experience within the last 2 years
  • OR Currently studying General/Adult Nursing (Student Nurse) and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placements
