Role Overview:
As a Project Lead at Raytheon Technologies, you will be responsible for steering and managing intricate projects, ranging from new product launches to operational transitions. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your role will be crucial in ensuring project achievements by harmonizing efforts across diverse functions and effectively managing potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead various projects, including product innovation and operational shifts, within a collaborative organization. Ensure timely achievement of project milestones, with a focus on manufacturing and hardware delivery. Manage project risks, changes in scope, and maintain comprehensive project plans. Provide regular performance updates utilizing metrics such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Foster a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement within the team and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Degree in a relevant field with a recognized project management certification (APM PMQ/PMP). Experience: Proven track record in managing complex manufacturing projects, preferably in the aerospace industry. Demonstrated ability to handle new product launches, certification processes, and product transitions. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in managing challenges, scope modifications, and project financials.
