Role Summary:

We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Subscription Conversion Representative to become part of our Maintenance Conversions team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strategic foresight and proactive thinking, coupled with a solid background in sales. This position centers on transitioning current Commvault clients to a subscription-based framework. Our unique culture sets us apart, and we look forward to welcoming a new contributor to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify new business prospects within the existing customer base and recognize opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and sustain a consistent revenue pipeline for future growth.
  • Strengthen and leverage existing partnerships to engage active customers with previously dormant sales cycles.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with current clients and partners, collaborating closely with the Core Sales Organization and Renewals Team.
  • Recommend the most appropriate product solutions to modernize clients' purchasing and licensing requirements.
  • Stay informed about the Data Management landscape and achieve training objectives to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Commvault products, processes, and promotions to deliver exceptional sales support.
  • Surpass quarterly and annual conversion sales targets, maximizing revenue within specific customer segments.

Qualifications:

  • A motivated self-starter with a consultative sales approach, proactive in driving sales revenue and managing high transaction volumes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a team setting with responsibilities for accurate forecasting.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal, at a business level is preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Sales and Subscription Renewals within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
