About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sadler Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid and organic social media, PPC, and digital content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid and organic social media, PPC, and digital content marketing.
    • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Email Marketing
    • Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy for our B2C audience that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
    • Work closely with our wider marketing/e-commerce team to grow B2B sales.
    • Deliver effective data capture and customer feedback campaigns through our email channels.
  • Social Media
    • Create and communicate social-first strategies across a range of social platforms, including setting targets for campaign success.
    • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
    • Manage the ideation and production of high-quality social content across both our internal team and a network of creators.
    • Serve as the voice of our brand, from creating catchy captions to responding thoughtfully to community interactions.
  • Digital Community
    • Curate and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand's sectors.
    • Engage and authentically with our audiences, keeping our finger on the pulse of social trends.
  • Web
    • Work alongside our e-commerce manager to optimize landing pages for wider campaigns.
    • Assist with SEO improvements on a technical basis to support the marketing functions.
    • Deliver engaging blog content that leverages SEO and connects industry trends and brand audience to the website.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content and drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, algorithms, and analytical tools, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Exceptional creative skills and a knack for storytelling, with a keen eye for design, photography, and videography.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and exploring new trends and technologies.
  • Educated to degree level or with proven commercial experience.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with paid social media marketing, digital content creation, and PPC.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for image and video editing.
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Tag Manager.
