About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sadler Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid and organic social media, PPC, and digital content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devising and executing innovative social media strategies and managing social content production that connects with our audience and drives engagement and results.
  • Delivering targeted email campaigns to B2B and B2C segments and identifying data capture potential.
  • Managing online content that leverages industry trends into effective SEO tactics.
  • Delegating responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and staying up to date on the latest social media trends.
Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including:

  • Paid and organic social media
  • PPC
  • Digital content marketing
Project Management

You will be responsible for keeping your projects and team on track to deliver on time, within budget, and generally hyper-organised and responsive to our clients.

Reporting

You will analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Trend Identification

You will stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Email Marketing

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy for our B2C audience that aligns with our brand and business objectives.

Social Media Management

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Content Creation

You will manage the ideation and production of high-quality social content across both our internal team and a network of creators.

Copywriting

You will serve as the voice of our brand, from creating catchy captions to responding thoughtfully to community interactions.

Events

You may be required to react to live sports events, which may require occasional travel.

Digital Community

You will be responsible for keeping your finger on the pulse of social trends to engage and authentically with our audiences.

Web

You will assist with SEO improvements on a technical basis to support the marketing functions.

Blogging

You will deliver engaging blog content that leverages SEO, and connects industry trends and brand audience to the website.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content and drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, algorithms, and analytical tools, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional creative skills and a knack for storytelling, with a keen eye for design, photography, and videography.
  • Educated to degree level or with proven commercial experience.
  • Experience with paid social media marketing, digital content creation, and PPC.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for image and video editing.
