About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in delivering marketing plans that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, microsites, and internal hubs, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging
  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to ensure digital platforms and sites are brand compliant and meet the company's branding standards
  • Provide digital support for firm-wide marketing and business development campaigns, including designing, configuring, optimizing, and monitoring landing pages and microsites
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of user experience, website management, and analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel, web analytics software, including Google Analytics and SEO programs
