About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, inspiring and leading your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to build a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
