Job Summary: We are seeking a flexible and supportive individual to join our Christmas Support Team as a temporary team member. This role involves working in our stock teams, processing products, and ensuring they are beautifully presented and available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Be flexible and willing to work on your own to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Christmas Eve
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of stock management and processing
