Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Senior Leader to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to discuss project specifications and requirements through various communication channels.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess project needs.
- Develop and manage work schedules for team members, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Supervise project execution to guarantee that all personnel operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Monitor financial aspects of projects to prevent budget overruns.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress through meetings and reports.
- Negotiate terms with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the construction sector, particularly in retail.
- Ability to oversee a diverse array of projects.
- Commitment to upholding superior quality standards.
- Strong communication skills with a systematic and organized approach to project completion.
- In-depth technical knowledge in electrical systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
- A valid Driver's License is required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
- Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, commensurate with experience.
- Coverage for travel expenses.
