Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting, finance, and investment functions to ensure the stability of our finances and meet annual targets.
  • Work closely with our Senior Management team to ensure budgetary targets are understood and met responsibly and in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to our leadership team to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including HMRC and other UK business regulations.
  • High level of proficiency in accounting software, preferably including Xero.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications, such as a degree or higher/equivalent in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or other related fields.
