Finance Administrator Opportunity

Morgan Hunt Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide support to the finance team, assisting with various tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter purchase invoices into the accounting system
  • Update rent records on the internal system
  • Review expense accounts to identify trends and anomalies
  • Prepare sales invoices for sundry sales
  • Support the debt collection process
  • Prepare schedules for accruals and prepayments
  • Run and distribute monthly management reports
Requirements:
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good data analysis skills, with experience in using Vlookups, filters, pivot tables, sumif, sub-totals, or a willingness to develop Excel skills
  • Experience in carrying out reconciliations and understanding of reconciliation controls
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team and in an open plan office
  • Able to follow instructions and ask questions when necessary
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Logical thinker with a questioning mindset
