Temporary Finance Administrator Required

Morgan Hunt Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Administrator to join their team on an immediate basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for entering and updating data on the company's repairs management system, ensuring that all details are complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data on the repairs management system
  • Reconcile transactions between the repairs management system and the financial information system
  • Identify and report any anomalies or issues that require supervisor investigation
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good data analysis skills, with experience in using Vlookups, filters, pivot tables, sumif, subtotals, or a willingness to develop Excel skills
  • Experience in carrying out reconciliations and understanding of reconciliation controls
  • Able to learn quickly how to enter data into the repairs management system
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Able to work as part of a team and in an open plan office
  • Good keyboard skills and literacy and numeracy skills
