Director of Land and Title

Climate17, a purpose-led international renewable energy and sustainability recruitment consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Director of Land and Title to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing budgets, setting team KPIs, and strategizing land acquisition plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and financial resources
  • Set and track team KPIs
  • Develop and implement land acquisition strategies
  • Secure site control and resolve title and vesting issues
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in land acquisition and development for utility-scale renewable energy projects
  • Ability to interpret and resolve title and vesting issues
  • Proven experience managing land agents and legal teams
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $160,000 - $180,000 base plus 50% performance bonus
