Job Title: Land Manager

About the Role:

Wind Estate is seeking a highly skilled Land Manager to join their Edinburgh-based team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and building relationships with external stakeholders. You will also be trained on the company's operating procedures and software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct record of condition surveys
- Provide financial and contractual input to investment decisions
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including planning authorities, landowners, and solicitors
- Report and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in contract negotiation within land, rural surveying, or commercial property
- Analytical and structured approach to tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
