We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Central CIDO Operations team as a Senior Planning, Performance, and Insight Lead. This is a key role that will help define and manage the cadence, gather insight, and assess performance to ensure quality across the entire function.
Key Responsibilities- Support the definition and development of CIDO performance framework and measures, aligned to CBS strategic goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the assessment of quality within the CIDO function, and influence consistency across the SAFe Product Portfolios and Shared Services.
- Maintain how the CIDO SAFe cadence and drumbeat aligns with corporate strategic planning and finance processes.
- Provide high-level, expert advice on emerging issues or concerns regarding CIDO Performance.
- Responsible for gathering insight on the workings of the CIDO SAFe Operating Model and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and publish CIDO insight and knowledge through a central knowledge base.
We're looking for a subject matter expert who can guide and mandate where necessary, while engaging positively with all staff from the Executive and Board down. You'll need to be able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and have a strong ability to design and implement dashboards.
You'll also need to be comfortable with ambiguity, able to handle the unexpected with flexibility, and have good interpersonal and communication skills. If you're a team player who can take the lead on work and be comfortable with empowerment, we'd love to hear from you.
