About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Channel Manager to join our team at Mountain Warehouse. As a key member of our Channels business, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across our Amazon channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue and profitability growth
  • Lead trading activities, including optimizing bestseller performance, stock management, pricing, promotions, and deal events
  • Monitor and improve performance KPIs, including traffic, conversion, AOV, FB share, and sku availability
  • Execute new season launches, work with our Buying and Merchandising team to develop product, and create launch plans for new hero lines
  • Manage FBA stock pots, monitor stock levels, forecast, and organize replenishments
  • Collaborate with our Content team to enhance SEO and develop tests to drive improvements to channel sessions and conversion
  • Work with our PPC team to optimize our paid search strategy
  • Support the team on new season launch tasks and build new tools, reports, and mechanisms for improving team efficiency or optimization
  • Identify and execute innovative projects for channel growth, working cross-functionally with other teams to implement
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in ecommerce, preferably in marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Zalando, other) or an ecommerce trading role
  • Excellent understanding of FBA and SFP
  • Strong data analytical skills with intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel (and/or SQL)
  • Experienced in understanding P&Ls and profitability
  • Line management experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across different functions and teams, delivering strong results through influence
  • The ability to learn quickly in a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively prioritize and multi-task while working autonomously
