We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) or Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) to join our team in theatre. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to patients and staff within all areas of theatre, including anaesthetics, scrub, recovery, and endoscopy.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing overnight and weekend emergency cover.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to participating in the on-call rota.
