Job Title: Rural Emergency Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rural Emergency Practitioner to join our team at Belford Hospital in Fort William. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients in a rural setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency medical services to patients in a rural setting
  • Work collaboratively with our team of senior nurses, medical, surgical, and anaesthetic consultant colleagues
  • Support FY2, ST1, and GPST doctors in training
  • Participate in research opportunities with the University of the Highlands and Islands and Aberdeen University
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Completion of Training for General Practitioners or a CCT in Emergency Medicine
  • Registered with the General Medical Council with a licence to practice
