Job Title: Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our process safety team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing a team of process safety engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a growing team of process safety engineers
  • Drive projects to completion while multi-tasking challenging activities
  • Work as part of a wider multi-discipline team on projects, taking responsibility for process safety deliverables
  • Learn new skills and areas of work to adapt to changing tasks

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree and post-university experience in process safety
  • Proven track record in key areas of study, including DSEAR Risk Assessment, Hazard Studies, and ALARP Studies
  • Ability to strategically drive growth and lead a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and ingenuity
