About the Role

This is a key role in our sales floor leadership team, where you'll support the store management team to deliver market-leading standards to our customers. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Supervise and coach a team of sales floor colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Support the store management team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Take on key holder responsibilities, including managing stock and security procedures
