About the Role:- Support young people between the ages of 5-18 with Learning/Physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism, and challenging behaviors.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals.
- Experience as a Children's Support Worker or in a similar social care setting.
- Must be a driver with a full driver's license and a car.
- Over 23 years old.
- Empathetic and relatable person with good listening and communication skills.
