Environmental Consultant/ Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Environmental Consultant/Project Manager to become a vital part of our team. This role involves overseeing a variety of environmental initiatives, particularly focusing on oil pollution and land remediation. It presents a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional eager to engage in impactful work.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage several environmental projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and payment management.
  • Source and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and managing their expectations.
  • Deliver commercially viable solutions while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project duration.
  • Conduct site assessments, collect data, and perform research to evaluate contamination levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in a science-related field, with additional qualifications in environmental assessment or management preferred.
  • Proven industry experience with strong technical and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with international environmental and social standards is a plus.
  • Experience in sectors such as renewable energy, transportation, or real estate is beneficial.
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and teams effectively.
