About Really Wild

We are a luxury brand that has been creating high-quality, versatile, and elegant clothing for 20 years. Our designs are timeless, practical, and perfect for the modern woman who values style and sophistication.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Sloane Square, London boutique. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and tailoring advice to customers' tastes and requirements.
  • Forming and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive repeat custom and achieve sales targets.
  • Confidently and professionally approaching and assisting customers.
  • Maintaining visual and merchandising standards within the store.
  • Ensuring stock control and reports are met.
  • Liaising with Head Office regarding stock and customer requests.
  • Assisting with in-store promotional events.

About You

To be successful, you must have:

  • A proven background in luxury retail experience.
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with demonstrable examples of delivering results by working collaboratively.
  • Great time management and ability to prioritise.
  • Flexibility with regards to working patterns, including weekend working.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
