As a Sales Associate at PVH, you will be working in a luxury retail environment where you will share a passion for our brand and our values with our customers and colleagues.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and profit, and maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing in-depth product knowledge and possessing successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Holding the ability to outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers to secure regular clienteles.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador and maintaining a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed.
  • Showing flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment.

You

  • Have previous experience within hospitality/retail.
  • Are hardworking with great communication skills.
  • Have an interest in Fashion/Retail.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.
  • Are passionate about driving sales using our digital platforms.
