Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the effective management of our inventory processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the systematic organisation, monitoring, and upkeep of all inventory items. With your exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities, you will help optimise inventory levels, reduce waste, and support production to guarantee timely delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance tools and processes for managing incoming stock and waste.
- Utilise inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or delivery challenges during shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the timely availability of necessary ingredients and packaging materials.
- Supervise stock controllers in conducting regular stock audits to verify availability.
- Maintain accurate records in the Inventory Control System (ICS) and update key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.
- Engage in problem-solving initiatives and escalate issues to the Inventory Manager or Senior Inventory Manager as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management or coordination roles.
- Proficient in inventory management software and skilled in using MS Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying and addressing inventory-related challenges efficiently.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
