Replenishment Supervisor

About the Role:
The Replenishment and Production team at HelloFresh are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. As a Replenishment Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the correct ingredients and inventory are available to support our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the replenishment of stock on production lines, ensuring that the correct stock is available in the correct positions at the start of each shift and for each changeover.
- Allocate Replenishment staff to production lines, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the demands of the production schedule.
- Conduct regular checks of stock levels to ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
- Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that all ingredients meet the required standards.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Train and develop Replenishment staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management and production support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
