About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls, working specifically with our ADT brand. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems, to the relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
- Service security devices safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries, damage to property, and loss of materials.
- Manage time efficiently, prioritizing jobs correctly and completing engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as required.
Requirements
- Experience in the fire and security industry.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold current relevant qualifications, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC.
