Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Solutions Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our security solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our CCTV, video doorbell, and intruder alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and breakdown repairs to ensure systems are functioning correctly and meet relevant standards.
  • Provide high-level customer service, managing workloads to meet and exceed daily targets and customer expectations.
  • Liaise with our service bureau to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Accurately complete work details on mobile data devices, adhering to work instructions and codes of practice.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driver's license.
  • Ability to carry and climb ladders, work at height, and use hand and power tools safely.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
