About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician who will provide professional and courteous maintenance services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a trade or trades, preferably in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating. A basic electrical qualification is also desirable.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing a high standard of workmanship on snagging issues, which should be completed within the first two years of occupation. The role requires excellent people skills, as the candidate will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. A valid UK driving license is also essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a practical knowledge and experience of a trade or trades, ideally in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating. Previous experience in housebuilding or construction would be advantageous. A technical qualification in building, such as City & Guilds, would also be preferred.

As a customer-facing role, excellent people skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate a courteous and professional manner, able to communicate with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
