We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at our award-winning hotel and spa situated on the edge of Ashdown Forest.

About the Role

As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the section head to maintain the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing efficient service, training apprentices, and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and other departments.
