Systems Infrastructure Administrator Position at Richemont

The Systems Infrastructure Administrator is essential in ensuring the reliability of Richemont's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, and applications. This role involves close collaboration with headquarters support to maintain the functionality of critical business systems while providing expert technical assistance, making it a vital component of the infrastructure team that requires expertise in Cybersecurity and IT best practices.

  • Server and Network Management: Build and sustain servers, networks, and applications.
  • Technical Support: Manage support tickets and deliver 1st to 3rd line technical assistance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware and software systems.
  • Security Collaboration: Work alongside the security team to enforce Richemont's security standards.
  • Disaster Recovery Oversight: Supervise local disaster recovery protocols.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation contact for IT support and stakeholders.
  • Security Best Practices: Implement security best practices for IT systems and services.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects effectively.
  • Monitoring Systems: Ensure monitoring systems are established and documented.
  • ITIL and Prince 2 Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL and Prince 2 methodologies is advantageous.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
  • Availability: Be available after hours for escalations and project work.
Requirements for Success:
  • Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networks and associated protocols.
  • Microsoft Azure Experience: Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Azure.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong ability to resolve IT issues.
  • O Environment Management: Experience in managing an O environment.
  • Virtualization Technologies: Familiarity with technologies such as VMware.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Hardware/Software Installation: Competence in installing and configuring hardware/software/systems.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with PowerShell and other scripting technologies.
  • Process Management: Proven history of process implementation and management.
  • Linux Experience: Preference for candidates with Linux experience.
  • Support Experience: Prior experience in server/network/systems support.
  • Backup Solutions Exposure: Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions and Microsoft Intune.
  • Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Directory Management: Experience in managing Active Directory and group policies.
  • Security Certification: Security training or certification is a plus.
