About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Finance Partner to join our team at Interlink Talent Solutions. As a key member of our Structured Trade Finance team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex trade finance transactions and developing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Negotiating Facilities
  • Advising on Security Instruments and Perfection of Security
  • Handling Contractual Liens
  • Managing Documentary Credits, Standby Credits, and Guarantees
  • Facilitating Tri-Partite Agreements
  • Providing Counsel on Trade Finance Transactions
Requirements
  • Junior Partner Level Experience
  • Background in Commodities or General Banking
  • Experience in Trade Finance and Asset-Based Lending
  • Strong Knowledge of Trade Finance Instruments
