Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements
