Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team members
