About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, managing medication, and providing emotional support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a caring attitude. You'll also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team.

What You'll Do

As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences. You'll assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You'll also work with our team to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
