Your Role
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a UK Sales Manager - North Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing sales strategies with key accounts in the North of England, Scotland, and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with key accounts to drive revenue growth and meet market goals.
- Manage and control regional budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Set and control revenue targets for each key account in collaboration with the UK&I General Manager.
- Provide regular product training to key accounts via webinars and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify new routes to market to support company portfolio growth.
- Represent PONANT at B2B and B2C shows and events across the UK.
- Attend Familiarization (FAM) trips onboard PONANT ships with key agency contacts.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect in representing PONANT.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the cruise industry, with a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland markets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using IT systems such as MS Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
