About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Insure Recruitment. As a key member of our Charity & Healthcare Division in Birmingham, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients and providing outstanding service to a diverse range of clients in the Charity, Not-for-Profit, and Care Sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Take ownership of and look after a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Insurance Solutions: Create documents, tend to mid-term adjustments and renewals, and obtain renewal terms for customers.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and insurers, negotiating premiums and terms to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Expertise: Proven experience in Commercial insurance products, with strong technical skills and ideally 3-5 years of commercial experience in a broker environment.
  • Mid-Level to Large Premiums: Experience handling mid-level to large premiums, with a strong understanding of Acturis (desirable, but training can be provided).
  • Negotiation and Relationship Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
