About the Role

The Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled Immunisation Nurse to join their team in delivering the school age vaccination programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to make a real difference in the community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer vaccines in schools, community clinics, care homes, and patient homes
  • Collect vaccines and equipment from vaccine bases
  • Triage of consent forms
  • Provide expert knowledge to service users
  • Community engagement

Requirements

  • Part-time post of hours per week, term time only
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the service
  • Enhanced DBS check required
