Support Worker Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on night shifts. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
