About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver at Hallandhouse. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, fostering a sense of community and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Working Arrangements:
- 37.5 hours per week, worked over a two-week rolling rota.
- Weekend working required, with a focus on providing consistent and reliable care.
