About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Lloyd's Broker and risk management company as a Real Estate Account Handler. The company has a strong international presence, with a global network that offers client service capabilities in over 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service client accounts during the renewals process, including admin, presentations, negotiating premiums, and managing paperwork.
  • Work in partnership with Account Executives to deliver client needs, providing first-class interpersonal skills and a focus on customer happiness.
  • Build renewal documents, reports, and craft new quotes for customers, requiring a high attention to detail.
  • Manage account queries and credit control matters, preparing underwriting information for presentations to insurers.
  • Design and deliver presentations as required, following up on new and existing renewal business quotations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Real Estate/Property Owners Account Handler handling UK or European Property Owners.
  • Progression towards Cert CII, Dip CII, or Advanced Dip CII.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate.
