About the Role

The Tower School is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and complex needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide regular feedback and progress updates to students, parents, and carers
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements

  • QTS/QTLS qualification
  • Experience working with students with autism and complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
