Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of students with autism
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Provide regular feedback and progress updates to students, parents, and carers
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to autism and SEN
Requirements
- QTS/QTLS qualification
- Experience working with students with autism and complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
