About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at We Are With You. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality recovery care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment to clients with co-existing substance use and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and support the practice of psychology staff, including practitioner and assistant psychologists.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff, focusing on trauma-informed practice and psychological interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for clients.
