We are seeking a diligent and thorough Credit Controller to oversee the collection of customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Implement and enforce credit and collection policies and procedures within the team.
- Review customer credit applications and credit references to set credit limits and ensure credit worthiness.
- Prepare monthly reports on credit control activity for the Accounting & Finance team.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
The successful Credit Controller requires:
- Previous experience working within a collections environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
